Meet Coach Kimmy
My name is Kim Constantineau and I have been in the beauty industry for 35 years.
Throughout my career, I have worked with top global brands like Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Davines, and more. I wanted to share my mastery skillset with new and emerging beauty industry owners and managers, which is why I created two books: "THE SECRETS OF A GREAT HAIRAPIST: Lessons I’ve Learned Along the Way" and "SIMPLE SALON SOLUTIONS: Lead Your Salon with Confidence."
As a hairstylist, I realized I could offer more than just physical appearance. While tending to my client's hair, I learned that many were dealing with deeper problems. Moved by this realization, I decided to become a life coach.
I pursued a certification program in coaching through Tony Robbins, John Maxwell Business & Coaching Program, Bruce Lipton, and many more. I started building my practice and worked with clients one-on-one, in small groups, in mastermind groups, and business coaching.
As a Hairapist transformed into a Strategic Life Coach. I've written a book about my life, titled "Tragic Beginnings to Fairytale Endings: Dreams Really Do Come True." It's a personal story about how I overcame adversity and found inner peace, and I hope it inspires others to unlock their potential.
